Planning and décor pricing varies depending on the size, location and complexity of your celebration. Planning prices shown are generally based on larger celebrations of approximately 60+ guests. Smaller gatherings may require significantly less time and will be quoted accordingly.

Regular service pricing remains the same regardless of where in Ontario the service takes place. Travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on location and will always be discussed and quoted in advance — no surprise charges. Travelling farther? Décor Sourcing Policy
If SDWC does not already have a requested décor item and cannot reasonably create it, we can help source it. Third-party purchases, specialty rentals and sourced décor are not automatically included in service pricing unless specifically stated in your quote.
You will be given the cost before anything is purchased or rented.
Nothing will be purchased or rented on your behalf without your approval.
No surprise additions to the bill.
Travel outside the included service area may be additional.

How Do Our Prices Compare?
The figures below are wedding-industry comparison ranges for Northern Ontario and Ontario. They reflect typical wedding service pricing and are not representative of costs for smaller celebrations such as baby blessings, memorials, or intimate vow renewals.
